NSF lists the Weddell Duo (WD-100) to NSF/ANSI 177, the shower-filter standard, whose one reduction claim is free available chlorine. The listing's footnote names WD-100BL, the Black unit sold on Amazon. NSF rates it at 10,000 gallons at 2.0 gpm; the maker's own page gives 10,000 gallons in one place and 8,000 in another, and says to change the filters every 5-6 months. Inside are two cartridges in series, a sediment filter and then activated carbon. Weddell also advertises PFAS and particulate results from its own laboratory; those are not part of the NSF listing.
