Waterd iOS App

Waterd, the iOS hydration tracking app published by TapWaterData LLC, is governed by these Terms together with Apple's Apple Media Services Terms. The provisions below apply specifically to your use of the app.

Not Medical Advice or a Medical Device

Waterd is a behavior tool for tracking hydration. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for medical advice. Hydration goals, reminders, and any guidance shown in the app are general estimates intended to support, not replace, the advice of qualified healthcare professionals. Always follow your prescriber's guidance for fluid intake — particularly if you have kidney disease, heart failure, or take medications that affect fluid balance.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The core hydration tracking features in Waterd are free. Waterd Premium is offered as an optional in-app purchase with monthly, yearly, or lifetime tiers. Pricing is shown in the app prior to purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or via App Store → Account → Subscriptions.

Refunds for in-app purchases are issued by Apple under Apple's refund policy; we cannot directly refund App Store transactions. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple Health & HealthKit

Waterd reads from and writes to Apple Health only with your explicit permission. You may revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is read, what is written, and how the data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, redistribute the binary, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple's App Store guidelines. Violations may result in termination of access and forfeiture of any active subscription.

Limitation of Liability (App)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapWaterData LLC is not liable for any health outcome, dehydration event, electrolyte imbalance, medication interaction, or other consequence resulting from reliance on the app's reminders, calculations, or guidance. The app is a tool; clinical decisions belong to you and your prescriber.

Water quality data displayed on this Website is sourced from publicly available government databases and is not proprietary to TapWaterData.
